The 71870 single stage oxygen pressure regulator preset to deliver 50 PSI.  Designed with a yoke connection for CGA 870 valves, high pressure gage and a 1-15 liters per minute flowmeter included.  The outlet is a standard DISS (Diameter Index Safety System) male connection.
